As the subject says, I can't get Mighty Blow on one of my blitzers. He has 12 SPP, first lvl up. I have just leveled up another blitzer with guard.
I just choose "Mighty Blow" and click on "Choose Skill". But nothing happens.
Can it be because of the Maintenance?
