Just kind of wondering...

In baseball, they have what is called the 30/30 club. This is a player who has hit 30+ Home Runs and has 30+ Stolen Bases in a single season. It used to be called the 20/20 club back when it was more rare. It is an achievement few in Baseball can accomplish because it requires the rare combination of power and grace.

In BloodBowl, I think the equivalent would be a 20/20 or 30/30 club in whcih rather than home runs it's casualties and rather than stolen bases it's TDs. I have a player who is fast approaching the 20 Cas / 20 TDs mark and I am just wondering how common it is? I would guess few players would have 30+ Cas & 30+ TDs, but I really don't know.

If you have a player who is a member of the 20/20 club or 30/30 club post em here. Needs to be in Ranked or Div X. I really don't care about Minotaurs in stunty leeg.

Cheers.

My oldest (and oddly my most favorite wolf even more so than the +st ones) 24 TD's 59 Cas in 49 games belongs to my first ever BB team (back before aging was removed pity as he aged on last two skills)

Many of the players in that club would be wolves. They cas and score.... they are both the blitzer and catcher of the team.

Any wolf who lasts 49 games deserves recognition. Keep em coming.

I actually think those are kinda rare. Most players will be either one or the other. Werewolves are good for this, except they have a tendancy to die before getting enough of either Razz I'm guessing you need to look at the different elf teams for players like that, although I'm sure some +AG beastman or CW could do it too.

Funny idea, I like it Smile

A quick look at the top 10 list for top blocking werewolves and wardancers revealed the following members of the club:

http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=336717
http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=249280
http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=721306

http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=769445
http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=691210

Simimlarly a look at the top scoring chaos warriors shows that no player on that position is in the club.

I can't bothered to look for more members right now, but it's quite easy when you use these lists. Mu guess is that there'll be a few orc and human blitzers in the club as well.

Yeah I did that for storm vermin.. none on the active list tho there may be some dead ones...

I'll try to remember to check the orc blitzahs and hummers sometime.. but so far it is looking like a rather unusual achievement...

He almost made it to the 20/20/20/20 Club Wink

Reverend "The Thing" Carson S. Cepants

He is a retired beastman from the Disgruntled Evangelists. Hes in the 40/40 club. Coach Aequitas.

One would be hard pressed to find a player who compares.

The complete FUMBBL 40/40 club :
Reverend "The Thing" Carson S. Cepants -Disgruntled Evangelists-

The complete FUMBBL 30/30 club :
Helen "Kill Her" -Terrifying Anarchists of Naggaroth-

Some of the most interesting 20/20 clubbers :
Arioch -Lethal Injection-
Halloween II -Hack and Slash-
Collision -California Freeways- (being a Rat Ogre this is the only Big Guy in the club)
Equitas-Noble Anarchists of Hoeth-

Other 20/20 club-members :
Lord Shambles -Fumbbl-s Vamps-
Hamurabia -Extermination-
Elena Razornails -Utterdark Allstars-
Ashen -Dark Helmets-
Thorvald the Unstoppable -Medula Oblongata-
Scorpion -Mortal Kombat-

Moonglum -Lethal Injection-
Capt. Dizzy -Inner Ear Insurrection-
Blodbok -Träd-
Dragunov -W. Arsenal-
Michael -Black Knights-
Malicia of Dhoom -Darkside Dragoons-

Special mention :
Helen "Kill Her" also made 40 completions, so she is effectively the only player to score the "Triple 30", to date no other player is known to have accomplished even a triple 20... (though Equitas came within 1 completion of the magical "Triple 20" before ending his career due to excessive injuries)
