So far it has only few injuries, so i`m inclined to keep it, but i don`t know for sure.

Ditch the injured players. That should drop the TR quite a bit and increase winnings so you can buy replacements.

I would ditch the Heikki the lineman. 54 spps and -av and a niggling he is not worth what he gives the team in TS. Then get rid of some of all those coaches and cheerleaders. Then you got a perfectly healthy BB human team. You got an awful lot of losses with the team. But your FF is good you got RRs good players a good team keep them if you like them
