Personally, I dislike Skaven teams. Move+, Sure Feet, Sprint Gutter Runners are very annoying in packs of two or three. Add to that the remaining Runners' ability to throw, catch and dodge to each other all over the field (mutations DO help in that...) and you get one of the nastiest creatures in BB. IMO Elves are much fuzzier (they can't even hit back properly, Skaven have mutations+Rat Ogre+Dirty player-linemen fouling) and thus the rats should be annihilated. Besides, an average rat is cheaper than an average Elf. The damage in TR won't be as significant, unless the player was a superstar.
