Hi guys... I just sat with a mate and discussed how we play the game... Not so much actual tactics, but more the environment we play it in... So I started wondering if people listened to music while playing, or - like me - they preferred silence, for better concentration Smile

...and I know that some people might find that the last option is kind of disrespect for your opponent, but sometimes I just give up and other things grab my attention... I won't forget the game and leave him waiting, I just don't watch his turns Confused

I like to have the tv humming in the background. It helps keep me distracted enough to make critical mistakes at key moments.

I listen all the time and I listen to anything.
Pink Floyd, The Mars Volta, Tool, The Smiths, Public Enemy, De la Soul, Miles Davis, Led Zeppelin, the Prodigy, Daft Punk, 2 many DJ's, dEUS, David Bowie, the Cure, Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Millionaire, , Eels, Beck, Jeff Buckley, Bob Marley, the Beatles, Muddy Waters, and so on

I always listen to music, unless there is something wtachable in tv.

When I play BB I listen to the same music as when I don't: Hardcore, Metal, Doom, Soundtracks, Rock 'n' Roll from the 70's and so on.

I don't listen to anything when I play bb, I need full concentration. Sometimes I listen to something soft like Norah Jones before an important game though.

Also when I lose a game because of bad luck I tend to mute sound and start some enjoyable music. Thankfully that doesn't happen too often nowadays.

Mostly something like A Perfect Circle, there is no better lyric than when it says: "Counting bodys like sheep to the rythm of a wardrum" when you try to play BB Twisted Evil

In one word, rock.
