Mmm, I never made a problem of this, but it keeps coming back to my mind from time to time, and now I´d like to hear some voices.

Once I arranged a stunty match. But we had problems getting it started. Due to faults on my side.

The first time I didn´t have the latest client version.
The second time, I didn´t have the fumbbl login switched on.

The third time everything worked. But: Now, for the first time, one of my opponents BG didn´t make the niggling roll, so he wouldn´t come to the match.

He said, we have to restart because of that. Well, we did, it was not an important match, anyway.
But, as I think about it, the BG missed at the first real playable set up of the match.

This could happen in a tournament situation as well.

What do you think of it? Had I the right to say, no, we play like this now?
Just want to know it, so that I can react in the right way something like this ever happens to me again. And then maybe in an important match...

Your oponent didn't have a right to ask you to restart.

Only the third time counts in your example.

"The first time I didn´t have the latest client version.
The second time, I didn´t have the fumbbl login switched on."

In both of the situations you described no pregame rolls would not have been made yet. So no your oponent didn't have a right to ask you to restart as he had no previouse nig rolls to try to duplicate.
