Strong arm? Might give your dwarves some added flexibility in the long rund with accurate.

As edited: Gives you an oppertunity to expand on your dwarves tactical possiblities. One of the reason dwarves are so boring to play against is because their limitations forces them to make a cage and trod down the field.

Strong arm is not bad (runners have pass access, Darkgoat). I would say turn him into a super runner with side step, and let your other runner get the passing skills. If you do get block, then a blodging side-stepper you can't strip ball from.....

I took strong arm for my Blodge runner. Great option back. SA can save having to sprint and increase the cahnces of being able to come back to win or get points in the board quick.

you do not need a double roll to get pro

and yes, if you close the window the roll will be remembered.

I say strong arm. I had a runner with strong arm and other coaches laughed at me for giving him a passing skill untill he threw 30 completions b4 being killed.

its relatively easy to get SPPs on runners .. so I'd never waste a double on block. you have plenty of other guys with block, and i you can live without it for a fair while (until you get blitzed by a claw/rsc chaos warrior Razz).

With elf throwers, its pretty common not to bother with block for a long time - wait until you have sure hands, safe throw and accurate (+ strong arm on a doubles roll) -- obviously its not quite the same with dwarves, but you could make one of your runners into a pretty effective thrower if you wanted to.

sidestep is a very nice choice too. or stand firm if he has strength access (i can't remember, but I don't think they do Sad )

Sidestep all the way
He would be very annoying once you give him block
With dodge surehands and sidestep
