Elves need 3 LoS fodder so i keep any nigglers back for that and just put them in a position to die honourably for the cause. |

Depends on your approach.
1. Do you want to play games vs. equal strength opponents and don't care much about at what TR. If then fire any niggler straight away. They will just end up with spp that should have gone to non-nigglers.
2. Do you want to build a legendary team of crippled megastars. Do you enjoy toughing out those games where half your team is applauding from the bench and the other half are getting hammered on the field due to the manpower shortage. Because opponents will get the virus handicap and you will occasionally roll badly for the nigglers. If then keep him.
Guess my position is pretty clear. In R (non-tournement) nigglers are retired ASAP. No need to keep them, you can buy another player, reduce your TR and continue playing. The level of opposition is tied to your TR, so it matters little how high it really is. |

It is important to have a LOS guy you are ready to sacrifice. One with block especially so. Keep him for a few matches then replace him when he inevitably dies (you're elves after all). |
