Wow!
Im getting these puppies as soon as possible!
the new human team by the way, pity about the colourcheme... 
as far as im aware, the team costs £30 and you get 16 minis
3 blitzers
7 linos
4 catchers
2 throwers
all minis are different
whats the opinion? do you like? |

They look great but why did they not include four blitzers? 16 figures and still not enough for a startin 11 man team. I think these miniatures makes people think of human teams as they are i.e. a hybrid team that can bash not some fancy schmancy finesse team. |

I like them, shame about the unecessary spikes - but then again all new BB figures seem to have those these days.
And the decision to include only 3 blitzers is just a blatant way to make people spend an extra fiver to get a proper team. |

im actually really liking the dynamic poses as well as every player being different. the catchers will look well especially hen they are running downfield looking behind saying "pass the thing already!" you can always file the spikes down to your own taste.
i really hope the faces arent sculpted in the same style as the Hubris Rakarth model, which was a lot more difficult to paint than say 3rd ed high elf faces, primarily because it wasnt as smooth, if you know what i mean!
im thinking that the new BB Ogre will look great with this team, all i need to do now is decide a colour scheme for them. i was thinking maybe doing an Ireland rugby team colourscheme but there wouldnt be any room for the logos, but i think ill leave that for the Ogre team i will eventually get! but i dont have £100 spare for a single BB team!
people were also thinking on TBB that perhaps GW are trying to entice us into buying the new Griff Oberwald mini to use as a blitzer, which admittedly does fit in with the design of this team, but we shall see!
but what colouscheme would YOU paint them? |

I still think the plastic mini's are the best looking human team they did, but these are MUCH better then the old metals....If my wife allows it, I might even by them. |
