Could somone tell me what i should do about this game

It was my opponents turn 8 and he conceded, but i had a man who would have scored in my own turn 8.

Is it legal for your opponent to do that and deny you the SPPs?

yip it is as your apponent doesnt get any winnings and you get his mvp ssp as well as your own.
also coahces can concede when ever they feel the need to.

Yup, its legal. Its also pretty damn annoying. The least he can do is give you extra ssp! Wink

Heh...er...why wouldn't it be? Anybody is free to concede if they want, and are suitably dim enough to do it...

Besides, did he really deny you SPP? You lost a TD (3SPP) and you gained his MVP (5SPP) for a net gain of 2SPP...plus the extra cash...

Depends what you mean by conceded - if he conceded legally as in giving you the the extra MVP and winnings then yes; it's legal (and a damn good trade for a single TD which only gives 3 SSPs in the first place!). If he on the other hand just left the game without you finishing it he has broken the rules of FUMBBL and should be dealt with appropriately.

Right-click on the "blue-area" in the game, there should be concede in the menu. You can only do it at the beginning of your own turn...

Just a small reminder that leaving the game in the middle without the meaning to ever finishing it is against the rules...

Is it legal to accept a game and then concede on your first turn?

(if you have many "missed game" players f.ex.)

Yes. And it would be incredibly, fantastically cowardly.

EDIT: This is a non-inflammatory post. Cowardice is cool. Yay for fearful fleeing. Celebrate crying. Run AWay.

Just left-click with your mouse on the blue border of JavaBbowl window. Then you have to choose the option "concede".

Cool

I don't see the cowardice in that. I see the sillyness and daftness of thinking strategic planning is cowardice though.
