new roster...But I work on Damned Roster & the discussion isn't closed!!
Just to say 2 rosters & lot of icons of Barbarians are in my site...
If you have ideas to ameliorate roster, post it...Thanks
The general idea of this, is brutal & savage but fragile & unarmoured...
The competences are the ~same than Dwarves but the caracteristics are ~ Norses...

Preview/Example of roster Gken1 (FUMBBL)
00-12 Barbarian 6337 Block G/St 50K
00-02 Blitzer 6337 Block, MB G/St 80k
00-02 Berserker 6337 Block, Frenzy G/St 80k
00-02 Champion 5437 Block, Stand Firm G/St 100k
My propositions Preview:
00-12 Barbarian 6327 Block, thick skull G/St 50k
00-04 Blitzer 6337 Block, Thick Skull, Sure Hands G/St 90k
00-02 Berzerker 6327 Block, TS, Frenzy, Dauntless G/St 105k
00-02 Champion 5428 Block, TS, Mighty Blow G/St 120k
=>I prefer Pat's proposition but I would drop block from barabarian and add 1 in AG to get to 3. Bersekers=>AG 3 too. Remove sure hands from blitzers=>I don't see why they should have sure hands.
I like TS for the whole team. For me, barbarians are just like dwarves. Incredibely Strongwilled |

6 3 3 7 Block for 50k with additional strength access doesn't fly, when norse linemen are 6 3 3 7 block for 50k without strength access. |

Oh yeah, I like those pics! The roster isnt that bad either, but I wouldn't make them too good on ball-handling or they would be too much like Norse... so not too much AG3 and no sure hands...
Thick skull is a nice twist in my opinion, giving them some traits of their dwarf cousins too. Berserker with both frenzy and dauntless would make him a copy of the Dwarf Troll Slayer, so maybe not.
This is what I would come up with:
00-12 Barbarian 6327 Block, Thick Skull G 50k
00-04 Blitzer 7337 Block, Thick Skull G/St 90k
00-02 Berserker 6327 Block, Thick Skull, Dauntless, Multiple Block G/St 100k

to be honest, I didn't look carefully on prices right now. I just thought on the team concept and in my view of barbarians, they are armorless strongwilled people. I don't remember about barbarian beeing especially agile, nor especially not agile, that's why I put them to AG 3.
But 105k is a bad price since it would add 10,5 in TR.  |

Not every team should have a "ball carrier" and this is probably one of them....they are a bash type team. even norse don't have sure hands...why should these guys? |

Norse are probably much cheaper... I also think that Barbarians should only have access to Minotaurs and not Mino or Ogre like Norse... |

You get a thrower and catcher, so at least SOME ball-handling skills AND their positionals are cheaper which means more players or RR to start with... it makes quite a difference. |

not really 90% of coaches would play your roster over the Norse.
You don't play a team cuz it's "cheaper".
all the other propostions are filled out with topend postionals. Have you guys even looked at what a top end roster would look like? |

I think gken's roster is most balanced. from looking at your other rosters, it seems that thick skull is the gnoll's thing. I know I'd play these guys over Norse with the thick skull. |

I think that the champion is The bigger, no good for playing ball but resistant (Av8), perhaps the champion have ogre's blood???
