Ok, let say that first all this is a lesson to me for not cherrypicking too low. His handicaps being Greatest and Morley (3 times) have hit me low.
Greatest gave me the choice of my best mummy and my good throw-ra, while Morley did hit my best blitz-ra and my other thro-ra. No need to say that my 201 TS didnt show at all as fast as the beginning.
So I received and blitzed...I finally make my turn, ending on my DP sent off on the first foul, and he scores the turn after. I finally take the rest of the half to walk it in, taking his players down to 6.
Second half begins with all his KO coming back and him receiving. He easily scored as my Tackle mummy didnt not manage to take the ball carrier down with 3 Dices, with a reroll. 2-1.
Yet I could still tie it up, 6 turns to do it and only 6 elves left. Although, as my cage was slowly walking up, he managed to knock out my Tackle mummy with 2 Dice that I chose, yet Pow/Pow isnt a real choice. Knocked Out, the witch standing near my ball carrier. My turn, i decide to crowd the witch and hit the witch, first with a skeletong that was just there, no success, rerolled, still no success. Finally I blitz with my mummy, 3 Dices for me... Skull...Skull...Skull. The turn after he easily blocked the throw-ra, took the ball and ran for it....3-1.
I must give him a thanks for not using his apothecary on this lineman. In fact his apothecary have not been used, so he could have saved him, and prevent me a bunch of points. But anyway, even with this loss I end up with a positive count. So cheers!

Well second game and that was a total dice rape in the beginning. It was not a cherrypick since both our TS were equal, but due to some reason I dont get, my TR was higher than his and thus gave him an handicap. Morley for a change (sighs), on both my throw-ra (gah!)
So I start receiving, cool. After all the chain blocks from 4 mummies and skeletons, 3 being tacklers, nothing falls, except a mummy of mine. About 20 block dice, many being 3dbs, ending in pushbacks and blocks. Finally a double skull. He of course get to the ball and scores in the second turn. Repeat for the other 2 turns, 2-0. The rest of the first half been quite fair, taking 2 of his players out with few ko's.
Second half starts, I kick. He keeps the ball deep and sends receivers which i tag and takes down. Turn after he tries dodging with one of them and fails. Knocks some more down and tags the thrower who dodges out after and throws to a wardancer. I finally get the wardancer down, and knocked out, and manage to get the ball back. At turn 4 I try a desperate pass to a skeleton, away from the skirmishes, to have 4 turns to tie. Although the pass fails, but we manage to get the ball back and finally score on turn 8. Final score, 2-1.

Well nothing to say about this game really. I could't keep the ball more than 2 turns at a time due to an AG5 dodger and AG6 Leaper. In the beginning I managed to nearly score, but failed the pickup and then he managed a long bomb in 2 TZ, a catch in 1 TZ, a handoff and 2 gfi to score 1-0. Then he received at the other half and scored his TD quite easily even if i blitzed, again due to his too much of agility.
Then the last 5 turns were mine, as I decided to walk in a cage and foul everything on the way, managing to kill a good blitzer and niggle a lineman. Would have been much better if my lousy mummies would have done their job, but no casualties for them this game. Still looking for my first win in the EMU, even if generally these Khemri wins (5 Defeats so far, counting the 3 reported here...) |

Dear E.M.U,
Um, yesterday, I, um, like, stabbed this guy who lives in the apartment next to me with a, um, knife. I think his name was Fred or something. He kinda looked like an elf. I mean he didn't have pointy ears or nothing, but he had long hair and kinda, um, looked like a girl. I think he is dead; I mean there was heaps of blood and shit everywhere, so...yeah, I'm pretty sure he's dead. I haven't told anyone else, so I guess he has not been taken to hospital yet. Also, he doesn't have any, um, eyes anymore, so I don't think he can walk to the hospital.
Can I have 25 points? |

mmm, i thnk we need confirmation on the elfieness (elfyness?) of this gentleman [and no, the long hair doesn't count]. And of course, confirmation that he is actually dead - you know that if he is saved by the apothecary/hospital, there's no way that I'd let you have the 25 points (not that it's up to me of course).  |

Absolutely son. In fact I would encourage you do to this to anyone you suspect of having any amount of elf blood in the,m, whether they be your parents, teachers, friends, authority figures etc. In fact if you are ever looking in the mirror and start suspecting yourself I know you would be willing to make the ultimate sacrifice! |
