good idea. I am interested in, Pastorn.
For trades, include a players mood. The mood will determine maluses the player suffer.
For exemple, your woodelf plays with an essentially orc team. He feels uncomfortable thus has to roll a die with maluses. He fails.
Then:
He can't use rerolls (team preparation)
or do no=t show
