2'nd turn: Blitz free one of your guys in the backfield and walk forward with your safe throw thrower for that 2+, 2+ td
easy as pie! Safe throw is one of the most awsome skills out there for a thrower.

Whoever is saying, that safe throw is useless shows that he doesn´t know too much about the game IMO. Situations, where you don´t have many other options than throwing over an opponent happen quite often.
A 1in6 situation isn´t that rare than you might thought - just remember how often your elves fail a dodge or how often you skull on a 1dblock.
Safethrow reduces an interception from a 1 in 6 to a 1 in 216. Quite effective, especially as a pass is more often than not a key-action which decides who scores this drive. |

I have used Safe throw on TableTop. Only once.
And you know what I got?
1, 1.
And it cost me the game.
Safe throw is like buying an insurance when the dealer get's an Ace in blackjack. It pays off. |

Well, the rarity of interceptions is caused by the fact that most passes are thrown without possibility to intercept. When even a saurus in 3 tacklezones can intercept one of six balls traveling over his head, who would deliberately throw the ball taking that risk? The extra movement allowance can be useful to prevent that. |
