I see you took dauntless...very good. Now how to develop further...I'd consider giving him stripball next, yes not block but stripball. The theory being he's gonna be blitzing a ball carrier, and if both parties have block then a pow/skull or a push will do nothing for your cause. However, give him stripball, and while yes a pow/skull will take you down, odds are greater for a pow or a push, which is where the stripball comes in handy.
Develop the str3 gutter as a blitzer--tackle, claw on next double (to remove pesky elven catchers), leap to bypass defenders to get at the catcher anyway. The sidestep gutter will become very pesky--give him diving tackle/tackle, prehensile tail on next double to make dt all the worse. With your dauntless gutter becoming a ball-freer, that leaves your remaining gutter to consider as a ball retriever, a guy who specializes in grabbing loose balls. So big hand on a mutation, but also surehands and leap, maybe passblock on this guy.
