I've just rolled a double for my Catch, Dodge, Block, Side Step catcher... And i'm a little stuck as to which skill to give him.
Any ideas?

Frenzy could be fun with SideStep. I'd personally go Guard. With Blodge, he's unlikely to go down, and with sidestep, you can guard anywhere. But I'm weird. |

Dauntless rocks. Move 9 blitzers are just awesome. Leap, Tackle and Strip Ball would follow.
Another fun choice is Nerves of Steel. Give him Leap and Passblock next. He'll rack up SPPs very quickly, so you want to start trying to use him as a handoff man in the 2 turn score.
On kickoff, keep the ballcarrier deep, NoS catcher midfield (just barely on your side of the field), some linos or whomever you want to score with in scoring range. Then on the second turn, run the ballcarrier up and pass/handoff to the catcher, wardancer blitzes a player in scoring range free, catcher dodges/leaps away if necessary to handoff/pass to the scoring player and easy td.
The best part is that you get to determine who gets both the Pass and TD SPPs and distribute them around the whole team to bring new linos up to speed. I did it all the time with my NoS wardancer. Makes for a great team player, if you don't just score with him every drive.
On defense, the NoS catcher can dive right in and turn a loose ball into a TD at almost any point in the game with a lucky pickup roll and an easy short pass. Passblock, Sidestep, Nerves of Steel and Catch means that you can close down a passing lane just by the threat of an interception or extra TZ on a receiver. Passblock is one of those skills that can be worthwhile even if you never use it. |

i can surely see the point about NoS... it would fit very well with the rest of my playing style... plus i've already got a st 4 WD, so he's more likely to make any blitzes i need...
i'm going to go with either guard og NoS |
