I think that the best animation for Pancho and Sancho would be a z becoming in Z as if they were asleep. Smile

Problems with the trolls there they wont work in JavaBB as they are animated by more than 2 frames.. JavaBB only suports 2 frames of animation I lerned that the hard way. You can solve this by having a normal pic on the troll and when you select it using the 2 frames withthe Z on...

I like your troll but I think you should change the ears. The ears being infront of the hat makes the hat look somwaht flat. And we are talking about one big troll sombreo.. I think either you should make the ears stick up out of the hat or remove the ears altogether. also if you could make that hat look a bit more round.. the rest if the troll is splended thou.

I got to get photoshop again so I can work on icons again.

Well.... and the goblin fanatic (ball & chain), then? Is 3 frames I think....

Btw... do you think that the "Z" on the sleepy troll is good in black???
Maybe if it has to show up in a field another colour is better... (maybe deep brown or maybe blue or red...)

any suggestion?

I voted for the prussian ones, but I like the mexican ones even more (but they weren't in the poll Sad ).
