i tried to change my team image (same happens with players), but i can't. it's not too big (only 4K) and it's 114x169. i can take pictures from public gallery, but my own pictures won't work. what i did wrong?

are they approved yet?
they need to be approved, which may take some time it wont happen straight away

Also are you using Safari? Cause they wont upload in Safari you need to upload them in either Netscape and/or IE. Once they are uploaded you can switch back to Safari with no other porblems
