1-After 338 games with my humans (click signature below) I have the amazing record of
W 132 / T 74 / L 132
2- I try to play almost all races, bashers and runners, and I don't look at the CR of my opponents. I might well say that I play almost all races and almost all coaches.
3- My CR, after 338 games straight, is an amazing 151.30, really close to the average 150.00
4- I coach humans, the average race par excellence.
Snce everybody hates CR, or has problems about cherrypicking, or they think the current system has flaws, this is my proposal: Abolish CR!
All those who want to have a Rank in open division just challenge me. I am the perfect average coach with an average team and an average wish for survival. So just challenge me.
1- If I refuse the matchup it means YOU are a cherrypicker! No question about it!
2- If you lose, it means you are a below average coach! No question!
3- If you win, it means you are an above average coach! No question!

I think you have too many draws compared to your win/loss ratio.
I know you're not serious (at least not completely) but I'd just like to be able to remove my own CR since I mainly just play in Ranked for the official tournaments, as well as in order to try out some new teams - sometimes to build them up for a tournament in U that might have a TR that I can't reach with any of my U teams.
I wouldn't want to deny others their CR but I'd like the option of removing my own. |

Well, Jan is wrong.
For me a coach with a Coach Rating of 150 is mostly a cherry.
If Jan refuses bec. he does not want to be a cherry, Jan is better than CR 150 coaches are.
If Jan wants to be the replacement for the CR in future, he has to accept all offers.

That's what I thought. Ogres are a fix component of BloodBowl, an average coach shouldn't refuse this team.
But it was more a kind of fun thread from Jan, so I do not want to create a sensation about it. |
