My star Storm Vermin Dystocia just got his fourth skillroll (without ageing!). It was a regular one and he already got tackle (together with claw and razor sharp claws). So now am I having trouble deciding on what to take. I am really keen on taking pro which I think is a highly undervalued skill (and very useful for rerolling those push backs you always get) but I am also open for other suggestions.

Piling On! That way he'll get fouled more often!

Both Pro and Guard are decent options though.

I had the same storm vermin (though he developped the Claw/Fangs things later), and i can say you that a sure feet is eyesome, very unevaluated, and give you lot of mouvement for protecting him after a blitz.

Mine had also shadowing. It was fun to follow those nasty dodgers that want to escape his wrath. But it's not a priority.

Sure Feet is an agility skill so not really an option Smile

Take Guard...boring, but pack him in next two other Guard players (SV and RO eventually), and he'll be slightly harder to hit...and will get to put his Claw/RSC to use a bit more often as well...

That's my line of reasoning too but it's just so tempting with pro or piling on...

Either guard as skaven teams cant get enough or shadowing ma7 shadowing tackle is verry nice for when you don't manage to knock down that peskey blodger.

I really like Pro, the other Stormvermin has Guard, but not Tackle, so this one is going to do many more blitzes, quite important the blitzes, usually very interesting if they work, Pro imho Smile

If you had more guards in your team, I would have suggested Multi block... Just imagine all the fun.

But, in the category of underevaluted skills, pass block is a hell of a good option for this one. After blitzing all the frail ones, u will try to protect him by distancing him from all source of danger. Pass block will give ur SV a chance to position him into pass to intercept but also in another frail victim tackle zone so u get a chance to block for frenn with this killer and blitz with another player. Since u already have another claw player, not to mention the RO, you should try to increase your block opportunities. Piling on is good, but he becomes even MORE foul bait than before.
