Well, I think it would be ok for some teams to be re-activated.
When we were only allowed to have 3 teams, some good teams were retired
because people wanted to play another race...
If it should be allowed to re-activate a retired team, I think it would require
a very good reason, and I doubt many people could come up with a reason
good enough.
To try to get a team with eg. 20 matches played re-activated shouldn't be
allowed since you can just make a new team and play the 20 matches with it.
If you think you have a team that you would like to re-activate which has had
some incredible skill-rolls, then why was it deleted in the first place ?
Basically, I think it would be ok if it was allowed, but I simply can't come up with
a good enough reason to re-activate any teams (ok ok, I can come up with a reason
or 2, but they would only apply to legendary teams, like Grotty Little Wankers
and Terrifying Annarchists) |

No, retired teams are retired for good, and retired teams can not be deleted as they link to every match report for every game they ever played in, and therfore must stay to keep the records complete. |

Are retired teams listed anywhere? I´m sure some people would benefit from, and greatly enjoy playing with those legendary rosters in private, off-line games, especially new coaches needing practice with more developed high-TR teams. |

you can get to them if you hunt for them
you can click on any coaches past matches list and it will link to the match report and the teams that are played in them |

You can see them, but there is no roster access (in playable form) after the team is retired. |
