Moontime, Prelude
A dark mist drifted through the moonlight, shrouding the Village of Seventon.
The crisp full moon illuminated the mangled remains of Mayor Brownrob, blood still fresh.
His second in command, Plorg the Sage, stood grimly and gazed into the sky.
Connecting constellations and their alignments on the horizon, his conviction was firm.

The town bell clanged to life in the Village Square.
The few people remaining in this miserable hamlet were either strangers passing through
or unlucky permanent residents who lived here far from other civilization.
They staggered out of their homes, taverns, brothels, and hostels, bleary eyed and grumpy.

People of Seventon!
As Deputy Mayor, I have come to the conclusion that we are in the midst of an invasion.
Shapeshifting feral creatures who revel in the mystical powers of the moon!
Not only that, but my forecasts have seen an upcoming Lunar Eclipse
that will no doubt increase their frenzy!

Plorg holds aloft a Silver Noose.
In twenty-two hours time, we will all decide who among us is part of this evil infestation.

Let the discussions begin!

Well, we've got a full day of discussion ahead of us, but at this point, all we can do is guess. I vote we get rid of the admin first. I've never trusted those sorts.
In case I'm not on at all tomorrow, although I almost certainly will be...

pac steps out of his front door and takes a deep breath of fresh air.

pac: Ah, what a wonderful day to be alive! Good morning, clouds! Good morning, trees! Good morning, BowlBot!

BowlBot: Good morning, pac.

pac: And where better to be alive than the beautiful village of Seventon? Such lovely views. The sounds of bots chirruping in the trees. The cool feel of a mountain breeze blowing down from snow-capped peaks and the smell of … The smell of … Rotting flesh!? Embarassed

pac: Brownrob! Noooooooo!! Shocked

Morning all. I am but a humble villager with no knowledge of Werewolves, but it seems our most honored Sage has left it in our, the villagers, hands to decide who did this. I see Woodpecker has already found a clue pointing towards Mezir and I respect his enthusiasm. I myself will wait a bit longer before making a decision.

Purplegoo wandered into his new town with a smile on his face. All of his life he had been sheltered from Wolves, the Mafia and Vampires. That morning he had defeated a rather stubborn knot in the laces of his Reborks, but that was the extent of trouble in his life this far. But lately, he had developed a yearning for adventure. As he approached the town centre, a mob had encircled a prone Brownrob

What's all this?

A local answered "Werewolves. Werewolves have killed the mayor! We need to hang someone. Someone must be guilty! Who looks the most likely candidate?

In an effort to fit into his new surroundings, Purplegoo shouted;

Vote Sysiphos, he looks shiftiest.....

Okay, I spoke to my boss, and he said that even with werewolves breathing down my neck I couldn't stay home from work. So therefore, I shall go to the fields to slaver; always keeping an eye out for bloodthirsty werewolves. If I don't return, you can probably guess why. I've been assured, though, that these beasts only strike during certain periods of the day. All I can hope for is that someone told them aswell. I hope to return and assist the brave villagers (and our guest Purplegoo) with finding these terrors. So long my friends.

Hmmm, I think I already found some evidence.

Why should the werewolves eat Brownrob? He's not dangerous to the werewolves since his twin brother got shot by Mafia.
So I guess the werewolves just want to play with us.

MrB staggered out of bed with a blinding hangover. Only one cure for this, he decided and headed down to the tavern. On the way he shouted wildly

C'mon. The guys even CALLED Iscariot. There is noone more obviously a traitor to the villagers of Seventon. Vote: Iscariot

Mezir adjusted his hat and frowned, deep in thought. Werewolves in the village. It was always something. Plagues of locusts, the black death, a sudden and unexplained spread of athlete's foot. Now werewolves. They'd been through a lot at Seventon, past time for a supernatural infestation of some sort. Mezir could see only one way to defeat this new evil: Clear, cold logical deduction!

"I dislike the trend of 'random voting by dice roll' that Dalrok has brought into being..." Mezir said. "Voting should be rational and thought out. As such, I see myself forced to vote Dalrok."

(Edited to add some role-play. Vote remains unchanged.)
