-Fixed HYPNOTIC GAZE roll where if roll - zones = 1 it was incorrectly treated as a natural roll of 1.

-Fixed being able to use new HYPNOTIC GAZE after a block during a blitz.

-Added an output message showing what action was selected when TAKE ROOT fails.

-Fixed DIVING TACKLE going prone even when it was not used because it wouldn't help.

-DUH, WHERE AM I is changed to be a selection instead of random when using LRB 2004 handicap rules.

-I did some work on the sound to see if I couldn't get it to be more robust. If you were/are having sound issues with 8.1, try sound again under 8.2 and let me know (either in email or in the FUMBBL forums) if you still have problems.

-Small changes to fix compile errors under java 1.5 and to get sound working under 1.5.
NOTE: 1.5 is still unsupported, but anyone who is brave enough can try it out and see if it fixes any of the problem they had before with java 1.5.
