Try playing a stronger team, norse are vulnerable, and maybe join the 145 Club league for rookie coaches. Stop whining, accept you are not good at the game and ask for help, there are plenty of coaches who will give advice on team building and tactics.

Harvestmouse locked his Forum whine-thread and directed him to vent in the Blogs instead. Although I have to wonder how many threads from one guy can be locked before Admins pull them out for a conversation instead..
