Legendary Minotaur Dies
Some tragic news just in - this evening, in a one-sided dicing, legendary 'Play The Man, Not The Ball' Minotaur MonoROAR died at the feet of a vicious cheater, who administered the fatal blow with a dirty foul late in the game.
Just twelve games after being granted the Healing Potion, which cured him of multiple sustained injuries over a long and decorated career (-MA, 2x -AG, -AV and a niggle), it was ironic that he also happened to die in the same game as his Beastman friend, who was named in honour of the healing ceremony.
A gentle soul who wouldn't hurt a fly, he will long be remembered for his love of standing around and roaring, something that even in his last match he managed to enjoy several times.
Representatives from FUMBBL were unavailable for comment, but it is understood that the referee in charge of the match will be provisionally stood down, pending an investigation into allegations of bribery and match fixing.
