I didn't write this with an opinion ... but i would have to say bone head because even around smart people he doesn't get smarter.

The voting rules in each state are different, meaning the deadlines are different. Some states have one stop registration and voting right up until election day.

Go to your local library, court house, or just look online. Find out what you need to know to register and vote, and do it!
