#9 Tuxaha Psychopatic – Smashed Knee (NI)
Luck rating is way off. Luk had a crash during 2nd half 7th turn.

The Witches were the clear favourites of the game. Mostly because the Beasts missed their dreaded Mino. Since 2 DE players niggled out, this advantage slightly decreased, but still, the darkies had the better team.

The Beasts started the half and advanced slowly up, meanwhile the elves played their usual tactic: swarmed around the enemy looking for soft spots. And they got it, after a heroic struggle, they stole the ball. But from this time the match changed into a nightmare. Perhaps even worse than the last Legends match vs those cursed short bastards. From 4 2+ rolls, my ball carrier failed 2, so the ball was dropped to the ground. Most of the darkies in close combat range, the chaos guys easily got back the ball. Again, there was a possibility to get that back, but u can do very little against snake-eyes. The best thing was that after the failed dodge, my untalented blitzer got BH. Thanks God! At least, he couldn't fumble anything else. ;)
But the others did the job instead of him. So it was an easy TD for the Beasts. 0-1

I had two turns to equalize but I failed. I got a decent chance but failed an FA roll and couldn't hit down a simple blocking guy with 4 dice. OK, here I commited a big mistake (thought that i would knock the guy down with the last two block dice), and pushed the beast in a wrong position. And that was cruical, since I managed to roll a 3+ but failed the very last roll, a simple 2+. Actually I deserved that fumble. I was hopelessly stupid.

During the 2nd half I have tried to get rid of some of the Beasts. My DP knocked out a no skilled CW, and Dyrzt also KO'ed some bad beastman. But meanwhile the Block/Tackle/PO/RSC whatever beast also played well, and the Witches started to fade away from the pitch. In this period I started most of my turns with double skulls and once fumbled 4 FA rolls in a row. And after my blitzer failed to push out a rude beast (2dice), I even lost the ball. In that moment, it was almost sure that I'll loose the game by 2 goals. But somehow Lady Luck said: enough. And I started to roll good. Thx for that I equalized, but left 4 turns for the Beasts to score the winning TD. 1-1

Since from 2 KO'd players I got back nobody, and the opponent got 2 out of 3, things looked very grim. 7 vs 10 with 3 blitzers out, that was not a good sign. I prayed for the only thing that could help me win the game, and I got it!!! Blitz, that is! The ball scattered in a very good position, so all i had to do was to clear the way for my ag6 blitzer. He got the ball but it would be still not easy to score, and had to survive one 2dice block with rr (I had SS, so even if I go down, it would be possible to get back the ball with the others). But Luk misclicked and ended his turn promptly. I was very sorry about that, but I could do nothing but exploit that mistake. I even dared to delay one turn, in order to ensure the victory. In the end, Wirtzar blitzed his way to victory. 2-1

It was a very tough game against a very fair opponent. Good luck Luk for the upcoming matches.
