“First round of the FC, succes!!!

Was not to confident on this game in advance, those fast woodies are always hard for the slow orx, definatly at high rating, and especialy when they have a monster ST4 dancer...
The orc power proved to be sufficient however.

Game started off with some wicked niggle rolls. For the first time since his ageing, BO madmarx failed to show, but for my opponent 2 out of 3 nigglers failed to show up as well. Leaving him without DP, and with 11 players starting the game ....

Woodies started on offence, little I could do to stop them, but I managed to force them into scoring on turn 4. I realy should have used my wizard the turn before, might had been able to stop them then, but I forgot.
I managed to create a fast moving guarding cage to accompany my thrower to the TD line. Opponent might have used wizard as well there, but not that perfect opportunities. I made two fouls, both not even a stun.

Second half i got the ref...
Opponent already had only 10 players, I hit two lineflodder guys stunned and fouled tree stunned as well, and formed a spread out cage. With the ref I had time to keep fouling and protect the ball, so my opponent was forced into action. He used his wizard, and leaped in with his ST4 dancer for a one die pow on my thrower. He didn't get the ball with the thrower however, and next turn i took down his dancer, fouled him stun and got the ball back. After that, it started raining cas, and I could protect the ball well. Took out the ST4 dancer on the second foul on him and next turn the other dancer, next turn the tree.
Woodies were left with 4 players on the field, and the orx scored the winning Td for a classic 2-1 victory.
