First match of the season for KFC after the zergs seem to have piked.

first drive I made a big mistake and had left a easy score/few turn stall to the woodies by pushing right up, how ever Neil George Wallington tripped after being the only elf to break our line. A good recovery by Big Bad Bill allowed us to romp down field fairly easily and knock the doubles sensless.

3pts: Van B for finally making them GFIs for the handoff.
2pts: Neil George Wallington, if it wasnt for his trip on a GFI it would have been a very different game due to his speed.
1pt: Jenny B big tough imovable object.

#4 Holmsy – Dead (RIP)
#5 Timmy The Dugong – Dead (RIP)
Well the Woodies have backed up the performance in the first game with an equally inept perfomance in the second game of the season.

Once again the WDDs were hamstrung before the game had even started. Dammo was still suffering from his Knee injury while Mikey the Bikey turned up to the match hungover and was dropped from the playing side.

With the bare eleven for the game the Men of Wood showed some early promise. Holmsy put on a big hit to get rid of Gregor Bandor and the Men of Wood had a glimmer of hope. This hope was dashed straight away. N.G.W went of on a solo run but in his attempt to out distance the Dwarven backline tripped over his on feet and left the ball sitting out in the open. Big Bad Bill displayed some fine moves picking up the ball and started heading upfield. Slayer Stephen put an end to Holmsy run at a HOF spot while Russel Stonier gave Timmy the Dugong a good a propper booting. With Woodies dropping like flies the medical team was run of their feet and in the end could not cope with all the damage. KFC gave Bill a nice escort and got him downfield to score right on full time.

With only a handfull of elves for the 2nd half and on defence the Woodies could do nothing against another drab clockwork offence from the Dwarfs. The only real moment of excitment in the half came when Fred Faulconer should of some of his party tricks as he and Eddie McPace strolled down field.

In a match were the Woodies needed to be on the game 100% lossing 2 players before the match had even started was to much to overcome. 2 games 2 losses and the focous has now moved from tittle to avoiding relegation.

Twahnlows

3pts: Big Bad Bill - Should a good turn of pace to score a rare TD for the big fella. Also deserves some credit for smuggling Knuckledusters onto the field to add to the carnage.

2pts: Slayer Stephen - The Golden Twahnlow winner from last year should more of what won him the award in this match. Holmsy's run at the HOF was ended prematurely thanks to Stephen

1pt: Fred Faulconer - Was the only player putting on a show for the fans in the 2nd half. 2 completions is a good effort for any Dwarf.

Cheers for the game OB, good luck for the season mate. Man i am looking forward to not having to play your dwarfs again for a while!
