#7 Varabidis – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#7 Varabidis – Smashed Knee (NI)
Just a friendly reminder Quod :)

I was bloody well robbed here. What good is a one-turner if he is going to play like this and fail every gfi roll (reroll or not).

Twahnlows:
3 Votes to #10 Pecus: Pulled off the key play of the game... an intercept that prevented me winning the game and was a 2 td turnaround by the time he reached the endzone.

2 Votes to #13 Diripio: Seem to recall this fella being a bit of a handful, despite the lack of a cas seemed to play better than the much vaunted Quod.

1 Vote to #13 Dominus Quod: Picked up a cas but really was a shadow of his reputation constantly cuddling the "Echoes" players with little to no effect. Picks up some twahnlows based on the generally poor effort by the rest of the team.

Game 28

The game started with the elves receiving. A standard drive by the elves was ended when Hua Xhen lost his feet going for it and Knocked himself out. With the One Turner out, Schola stood a chance against the agile elves. An attempted pass by Diripio went awry when Dominus Mortifer dropped the catch, leaving it in the clear for the elves to pick up. Turn 3 saw the elves score easily with a pass to a lineman who ran it in. Turn 4 saw an attempted foul on Touchstone, unfortunately it only KO'd the hated elven star, and got Carnero expelled from the game. Turn 7 for Schola saw a miscalculation from the Chaos head coach, making it so that the team was not able to score in turn 8. Meaning that at the start of the second half the score was 1-0 to the wood elves.

2nd Half saw a classic Chaos drive down the middle, until Baliel, the Agile Wardancer, busted the into the cage and broke the ball loose. Pecus saved the day with a deft interception of the ball, which lead to an equaliser. To the horror of Schola, Hua Xhen had recovered enough to be back on the pitch again, and the Chaos team was left trying to stop the One Turner on the last turn of the game. The fates smiled as Hua, still groggy from being KO'd, went over again going for it to get the score.

Twahnlow Votes
3 - #3 Baliel - AG5 Wardancers are hell on earth
2 - #16 Ra-Hel - the big guy held out on lots of blocks and fouls, and took 3 Chaos out of the game
1 - #4 Hua Xhen - even though he failed twice to score, the threat was there, and he almost won the game twice over
