“Well a bumber crowd turned out to watch this hum-dinger of a battle which could well decide the fate of the WDD's season. With the undead having a perfect 4-0 start to the season anything less than victory would end the Woodies tittle hopes.

Big Gay Al missed his third game in a row and it is belived that he may have had one to many big gay time.

The Deadites recieved first and the Woodies got of to a great start applying early pressure to the ball carrier. The mummies were cut of from the rest of the team and it looked like only a matter of time before the WDDs got the ball. Ya'Dyip did some good scrummaging work and managed to clear a little bit of a path for Nohyegeel to sneak through but the Elves closed in again. With the middle of the pitch getting real crowded and the Woodies starting to run out of players it looked like the RFTD might be able to get the offence up and rolling again. Up stepped Crowlockylockville, he managed to knock the ball free again and managed to scamper off down field. The rest of the team put their bodies on the line protect him (Hutchy probably regrets this now!) and Crowie managed to score just before half time. 1-0.

With only a meagre assortement of Woodsmen for the start of the second half a nice quick offence is what the doctor orderd. Smoker J gathered the kick-off and sat pack out of reach from the opposition's front line. The few remaining Woodies set up a cordon around Philberto who had made hi way down field. Things went perfectly to plan and Smoker J managed to get the ball to Philberto who had an easy path to the endzone. 2-0.

The Retribution for the Dead could still get a draw if they managed to score 2 quick TDs so their was still a bit of work left to do. Crowlockylockville once again was the go to man. He dodged and weaved and leapt around the Deadittes protecting the Ball carrier and managed to knock the ball free on a couple of occasions. This slowed down the Khermi offence enough to guarentee the victory. Both Guxyieqy and Taanexac tried venting their anger at Crowie but could not manange to do any real damage.

5 Rounds down and things are dam tight with the race for the titlle still down to three teams.

3pts: Ya'Dyip - Made all his hits count. I don't recall him failing to bring his mang down.

2pts: Nohyegeel - The skelles on this team really do add a dimension to the normal Khermi game. 'Noh' was the pick of the bunch today.

1pt: Ikewun - None of the mummies really got in to the game. So most of the enforcing came from Ikewun.
