I knew I was picked because of this teams lack of tackle, but I thought bugger it. Besides, turning down a WE/Khemri match is unforgivable!
Still, the dice made this game tough for me. I was having my armour busted open left right + centre, the ref was on my case early on + I couldnt buy a POW at the needed times. Throw in a blitz + a perfect defense and it was nightmare on DEFF street!
Wood elves at this level, especially when they are played by a good coach (see above) are near unstoppable, and a few hard hitting dice are needed to break their hearts (and their legs)
Still, It was fun, (aside from the stealth sarcasm - it's never neccessary) and the stupid spectator. ”
