The first 2 turns saw some hard blocking from the Norse on offence and the apothecary was quickly called to the field, and the Colossus left not long after. I report quickly stated that there was noway he would be back for this one. After this most of the elves were broken, all bar the 3 uber ag5 leapers, who were to fight like lions.

A smooth and professional start by the Norse quickly turned into fist fight as not 1 but 2 of these elves broke through the Norse line. Fortunately Boris Nuriev isn't one to panic, and moved the ball out of harms way. The Norse then moved the ball down field to go 1-0 up at half time.

The 2nd half started with a well worked Elven td straight from the training field, and before we knew it, the end game was commencing. Again the 3 uber elves fought hard, and the ball was spilt on 2 or 3 occaisions. Late on the Norse coach made a re roll decision error and beyond belief it looked like the elves were going to steal it. But the up until them reliable uber elf, let the ball slip from his hand attempting to throw it up field. There was a moment of disbelief, followed by a mopping up process from the Norse to win it 2-1.

However the elves had fought hard, and when they left the field the fans as one stood up, brought their hands together, pulled out weapons of destruction and chased the dumb faries away.

It was reported after the game that Colossus's injuries were indeed severe and he had announced his immediate retirement. Also that Ogre Agrak N'gnak and master multiblocking during training.
