Starting with 10 men, the dorfs knew they were in a spot of trouble. Our opening drive fizzled out into nothing, with a failed foul in T1 and a couple ko'd dorfs after the half. A second half opening blitz caught the bones flat footed and the dorfs were able to quickly score to go up 1-0. With the Troll Slayer returning, the dorfs were back up to 9 players, but quickly lost a couple more badly hurt, and the khemri were able to elfball into the end zone after T4. Striking quickly, the dorfs were able to take advantage of a short kick, pushing a mummy off the pitch and setting up a fence alone the bottom edge of the pitch. After an SI to the Slayer, the apo stepped in to make sure he could continue....jumping up and smashing an unsuspecting skellie down, freeing up Nicholas to scamper almost to the end zone. The bones were not able to get a body on Nicholas and he pranced into the end zone for his second score. Would it be enough to hold on to the win? Yes. 2-1, good guys.

Thanks for the match Fruitloop, good luck with your team. We'll gladly take you on again, now that we are back to full strength :)
