Where nothing went wrong for the Nard Harpies against the Flingers of Filth, (see previous game). Most simple of actions (a handoff) were all unsuccessful bar one which wasn’t 100% successful in the final turn of the second half.

All game the Nard Harpies failed handoffs cost them not only an opportunity to score but giving that opportunity to the goblins.

It wasn’t until the final turn of the second half where a hand off was semi successful (didn’t result in a turn-over). The gobbling handing the ball off, had to catch it again after the target goblin fumbled it (again!). The throw team mate was successful but the goblin was too knackered to run any further to score, thus the game ended in a 3 – 0 white wash.

However the crowd was so impressed with that spectacular dying moment’s play of acrobatics that joined the fan club and will return for future matches to view more of the green aerial acrobatics.
