“SWL Season XXIX - Premier League XXIX - Round 4
A vicious match. The skinks took out players turn after turn .. and not just any old players ... by turn 3, we were down by 2 players with guard, and Elf Buisa as well (death by foul, and the Apoth was nowhere to be found).
By the end of the half, we were being bashed silly, and despite a decent attempt at loosening the ball, were unable to prevent a touchdown.
Half time score: 0-1
The second half got off to a good start, but eventually we slipped up, and Klbll made good with a 1d blitz on the ball carrier. The ball came loose, and the skinks pounced, making good use of side-step and diving tackle to prevent us from getting to the ball.
Once they got their slimy mitts on it, there was not a lot we could do to catch them, and the skinks scored another touchdown in turn 16.
Final score: 0-2

Put the hurt on. Got the ball free turning a match that was heading towards a tie into a comfortable win for the skinks.
