“Burning Sun won the coin toss and chose to kick in the rain. Society of Assassins came into this match on a two game losing streak and they were not happy. On their very first turn, four Skeletons were removed from the pitch quickly giving the Dark Elves the player advantage. The Khemri team had help when their fans captured the Referee giving them the green light to place the boot. SoA stayed away from the Mummies when they started to take casualties. Luckily the Khemri forces were content gang fouling any prone Dark Elf to go after the ball carrier. D'Angelo scored right before the break to put his team up by one.

BS received in the second half and the rain continued to pour. The Thro-Ra, Fush, picked up the ball thanks to his sure hands. They advanced the ball up field where their Mummies cleared the way. SoA stayed away from the tight cage until something opened up. An opportunity presented itself when a couple Dark Elves refused to fall to the ground. A corner of the cage was knocked away and Fush was hit and seriously injured (push,rr,dodgepow). The ball was fumbled and a Skeleton tried to pick it up. It slipped out of his hands and flew out of bounds. The ball landed favorably for the Dark Elves and soon it was going the other way for a touchdown.
