Cool game vs a friendly coach with a spectacular ending.

First half started well with an early ko and the rats dominating the game. Still foreced to score in turn 5, giving the orcs chance to equalize. Which they did. My rats got the ref in the second part of the first half and I got carried away, making the noob mistake of forgetting to focus on the ball...

Yet, it was an odd blitz where I was unable to use a reroll ('block not started') that ruined my defense. The orcs made a silly mistake as well with a follow-up that blocked the ballcarrier's route to the td, but it was nicely solved with a blitz followed by a pass by the monstrous ST4 AG4 line-orc.

Second half I tried to focus more on the ball, which eventually paid off. But not before having nicely blitzed a black orc with my claw/rsc linerat, niggling the opponent. The apoth saved his ass for about 3 seconds, when a well-placed boot badly hurted the black orc off the pitch.

Around turn 5 I managed to crack open the cage, followed by a 1d bitz with a horned stripballer on the ballcarrier (same ST4 AG4 lino). I even managed to pick up the ball in the mess, but wanted too much with 2 gfi's, the last one failing on snaked dodge. Next turn the ball ended up in the crowd and got thrown towards my endzone. I planned to run to it with another gutter, but snaked again on the dodge. Game over, or so it seemed. Orcs played out and scored 2-1 in turn 8 of the second half.

Only solution was a one-turner. Didn't seem easy with only 8 guys left on the pitch and no sprint or move 10. Then Nuffle decided to hand me hand by offering some injury time, giving me another turn to score. The orcs tripped on a gfi when trying to cover my gutters, giving me an easy way out towards the endzone for the 2-2 equalizer.

Nice when you manage to unexpectedly pull out a draw!
