Round 2

Well the beards came prepared to this game. Full roster with Hthark and wiz hired. Orc blodger Lance Briggs II was our main concern with AG5 and MA8 he was one moblie orc. While the orcs received there was a pitch invasion stunning 5 of my players including Hthark and one BoB. Right of the bat things were looking grim. A foul on Bullcentaur Bernie Oyvey resulted in a niggling injury but luckily it was still turn one and the doc wasn't drunk yet, apo succeeds!
We managed to get MiKe Anderson down, a ST5 BoB, and Valor Fouldog gave him a retalliation foul sending him off the pitch. Mike will miss next game.
Next orc foul did no damage but was so obvious the ref sent David Hester to the bench. Hthark did a 3d blitz on Brings and managed to get a pow. Valor came in to put the boot in but only got a stunned result. The crowd wasn't happy about it. Orc were now under pressure to score quick and so they did giving the Beards 5 turns to try and tie before the second half.

At the kickoff the clouds were gone and the sun shone brightly. This could be a problem to pass. The kick goes to the Beards upper corner. A failed GFI by the orcs next turn gives us room to move forward the ball for a handoff and take it into the orcs half. Jitzak Rabin manages to badly hurt Lance Briggs which is a great help and moral booster. Valor Fouldog manages to niggle Brian Urlacher and the orcs apo fails to recover him. Urlacher got MVP post-match which brings him to 82SPP. As he announced his retirement from pro Blood Bowl the fans could see he was moved by this unplanned exit. The Bears (not Beards) manage to do some desperate dodging to get a tackle zone on the ballcarrier. Luckily Valor Fouldog is one of the more agile players and manages to dodge into the endzone with no problem. 1-1 at halftime.

Now the orcs start the second half with only 9 players but the orc fans enraged by the forced retirement of Urlacher get the ref. Unfortuonatly their DP is on the LoS. DP is blocked but only goes down and has to be stunned by Valor. Nothing spectacular happens for some turns as the Beards advance further in direction of endzone. Eventually the wiz is used to try and take out the DP, Troll and a lino, but it being late in the game he had allready gotten drunk and failed horribly. One foul managed to ko a chaos dwarf. While Valor badly hurts Greg Olsen he get ejected by the ref. The beards go on to hold of the orcs and score in their turn 16. A T16 by the orcs who got the ref again, guess that means they really got him, fails to do damage.
