This game was a tough one for the Fathers and the Mistresses came to play! The first half was almost all Amazon, though the Fathers did manage to give hit back some. Scoring in T8, the Fathers didn't have much chance of scoring but they did get a clock rollback and managed to KO 2 zons (including Zara) who didn't come back in the 2nd half. 2nd half the Fathers were down to only 2 because if the handicap, but got a quick KO and a stun to even the numbers. The Mistresses patiently waited until the ball was advanced into their half, then unleashed the fireball! It KO'd Morris who dropped the ball, and stunned Patrick Henry. Not being able to pass up an excellent chance to foul my DPer, the Mistresses laid a vicious boot into Henry that would have cost him -AV, but our apothecary brought his A game and patched Henry up. This really helped as Henry was able to stand up a turn sooner. After some scuffling, Henry finally managed to get the ball and did an end around. But the Mistresses were on him and quickly put 2 markers on him. So he rolled out of that and passed to Big John. John managed to get within striking distance of the endzone with 1 turn to go, but the Mistresses weren't giving up and popped the ball loose. With time expiring, King Kong Lincoln blitzed and dodged his way out of traffic and into the endzone with a gfi. Then Big John stood up, dodged into a TZ to get the ball, then dodged out, made a gfi and completed a pass to Lincoln in the end zone to tie it up. It was an exciting finish to a very tough game.

Thanks for the great game adambomb, and sorry about the loss of FF. I don't know what game those fans were watching, but you deserved better than that.
