“Rough Game..again. 1st half was terrible. I couldn't do anything I wanted. Did knock the ball loose a couple of times, but never could get to pick it up and get it out of the scrum. Eventually, the injuries stacked up and I could not stop him scoring on turn 8. Had to use apoth on a -ST on a Slayer, and later lost a Blocker in the 1st half

Start of 2nd half, we both had 10 players, as I'd gotten lucky on the 1-turn kickoff before the half. He set up unusually. Lower left, he put 5 players, 3 on the line--most of his unskilled guys except for one mummy. Then back about 5 squares, but on the right side, he put his other 5 guys..again in an L. IMO, this allowed me to score relatively easily, as I tied up the guys near the LOS then attacked the others. It wasn't the easiest TD ever, but it was far from hard. During this drive, I managed to get some more dead off the pitch, so the ensuing KO I think I had a man advanatage (I could be wrong in remembering, but it was either 10-10 or 10-9).

I feel lucky to have gotten away with a tie.

We then proceeded to bash heads for the rest of the match. 2nd Kill came on last turn block. and Alvarian is -AG, but +ST, so he's a keeper.

oh, casualties are still way off for my games: now it's me 7/11/3 - opponents 6/7/6... So 13/18/9 over all. So 40 casualties: You'd expect it to be around 20/13/7”
