“In this, the first match in the inaugural SWL ffb season for the Dandies, the worthiness of a fine piece of tailoring can be clearly seen. Our clothes, of the finest materials and from the most elegant houses of fashion, protected us from the worst of the rat-men's befouled clawings, and showed our figures off to best advantage whilst sprinting downfield with the ball. It can also be clearly seen that the despicable rags draped over the other teams crippled forms caused them no end of trouble!
A wonderful victory for the Dandies! First in Style, First in Grace!

Much as it grieves us, we must vote for the Twahnlow points:

3 points must go to Steff, whose darkened cloak - though not fit to be worn by any but the most impoverished dandy - granted some modicum of flair and panache.
2 points are for Marios - his tattered raiment hid a ferocious temper, and he let it show here today
1 point goes to Mel - not to be outdone by its rival, this blitzing rat was a troublesome irritation.
