“Our final game of the season, and again we face a saw!
The campaign of our opponents to critically injure the Best-Dressed Team of the SWL (as voted by the readers of Boots, Balls and Bonnets - for all the latest fashion from the catwalk AND the Bloodbowl pitch), continued here, with Max Spleenripper featuring for the Jokers. Once again, the hired star brought the lions share of fans, and the Brown-and-Gold army were outnumbered. This made little difference to the outcome, and despite Spleenrippers best efforts, his team-mates could muster neither offence nor defence.
Despite the injury to Mister Littlewoods, the Dandies can take great pleasure in the fact that their efforts this season have garnered them a spot in the Premiership division! Huzzah! Huzzah! Huzzah!
Sir Austin Reed brings us the twahnlows:
Though it pains me to even think on his loathsome visage, I would be remiss as a gentleman if I did not offer 3 points to His Ugliness, the Beast Harlequin. Though his tentacled appendages failed to embrace our well-clothed forms, those same flailing limbs caused some of our most agile to greet the pitch with their faces.
2 points I would give to Stooge, whose constant exhortations kept his team in the game longer than they would have been otherwise.
The final point I offer to Fool, as encouragement - you are never out of the game until you are OUT OF THE GAME!
Thanks for the game bobs - stick with the Nurgles. They can cause all sorts of trouble to all sorts of teams once they get going. Good luck next season!

Obviously the boys are getting over tired and dont have the strength to actually hurt what there hitting.
Maybe is was all those shiny sequins and buttons the namby pamby dancing elf "men" were wearing.
Whos to know but again ball control and not being able to hurt (ie. kill) the opposition proved a hindrance to the Jokers.
Luo seems to be settling into the elf game well with a good spread of skills.
Should prove a handful in prem next season and good luck
