“Got absolutely clobbered in the first few turns. I think I had three casualties between turns 1 and 2. After that things settled down a bit and I managed to take advantage of some failed pickups in the backfield. There were a few moments in the first half where I stood a remote chance of picking up the ball and getting a touchdown, but that didn't come to pass.

Second half started with Iron Man Philosophy having 8 players. I set up my chaos warrior deep to secure the ball and went about blocking. I managed to rip off a casualty and a KO, which evened things up a little bit - suddenly it was 8 men vs. 9. I brought the chaos warrior forward slowly and managed to make a break for the endzone when two norsemen were lying stunned on the ground.

A few fortunate stuns afterwards and I was able to stall for several turns. I finally walked into the endzone on my turn 7, and then played defense for two turns to finish out the match.

Incredibly tense and nerve-wracking game that easily could've gone the other way. Looking forward to the rematch.”
