“Today we got a call from grandma Moses complaining that something was scaring away the dogs in the pond. So the turtleman rounded up his posse and done gone to check it out.

Turtle "I tell ya, we're all set for clawpombers but today we saw somethin that...was...just...evil! They were Large! They were fierce! They were like giant prehistoric snapping turtles! and if that wasn't enough, they done had little squirrels running amok everywhere. I knew then I had to take control!"

Neal "they was HUGE. You'd think these snappers would be slow, no sir ree. They was as fast as a baer!"

Turtle "the squirrels would be the biggest problem with the ball so I sent in Squirrel Brady to take care of them. And take care he did...blam! bim! crash! He started clearing house! Neal got the bawl and ran down the bottomside, while I went toe to toe, hand to hand...witht he snappers! OW! They was grumpy! But I done wrangled them down!"

Neal gave the ball to Jake who was just about to make a touchdown when, blamm! A giant snapper crushed him down, and a squirrel took the ball.

Neal "I saw this squirrel witha ball in its mouth, so I ran and ran, and popped him in his bellybutton! He was tagged and bagged and I got my ball back!"

And a touchdown was scored. 1 for the turtle crew, 0 for the snappers.

All seemed under control, until tragedy.

Turtle "Never take yer eye off a snapper. That's what Dawn did, and kerblam! She went down and was tagged and bagged! That snapper was mean! there was Kiko, and Okko, and I think Tito...so I just done called them the "uh oh" gang!"

Neal "It was out of control...like a baer!"

And then Jake was smashed from a surprise blitz and all seemed lost.

Turtle "this was horrible, but I didn't give up. I regrouped the crew, cornered the snappers and sent my secret weapon...Joy! She is purty, and the best cpomb wrangler around. she charges in and blam! down goes the ballcarrier! Yeeyeeyee Live action!!!"

The crew finishes the job and wins the game! Grandma's pond and critter free!
