“A hard-fought game where a turn 1 Blitz! caused a turn 4 counterTD for the chaos. The resulting time pressure and some double skulls eating my rerolls left me without enough comfort to try a saurus TD. Luckily for me the chaos failed a KO roll after my turn 8 score, forcing them to field their saw for 1 turn.
Entereing the second half, the score was 1-1 and I kicked. The chaos played a very forward drive, forcing them to put almost everyone on the LoS to overcome my ST and blodge there. I came on strong in response, running around to put skink TZs on his claw and his ballcarrier, then putting my sauri on everyone else. This worked to pry loose the ball and some lucky play (and KOs) let me overpower him enough to skink-stall til turn 16.
Unfortunately only skink TDs this game, but since the skink rolled +AG it wasn't all bad!
A cas and an MVP gave some saurus progress as well.
