“Very brutal game, but also a fun one. The dwarves played very tough, and drew first blood. But the Dune crew got the first 2 kills. Sadly, the dwarves evened the RIP count at the end of the game. Still think I came out ahead in the quality of players killed. I do hate to see a M8 Dwarf Runner die, but he died on the pitch playing his beard off. That's really all you can ask. My ghouls Lady Jessica and Thufir Hawat won this game. They kept harassing the dwarven runners, knocking the ball out and keeping it away from them. Scoring in the 2nd half wasn't too difficult once we gained control of the right side of the field. I was happy with my patience level in not trying to rush the score, something I have struggled with in the past. It would have been a very different game if I had rushed within range of those bearded Steamers too soon.

Thanks for the game Doomington. It was well-played, bloody, and fun. Always a good (and often rare) combo.
