Hard fought game.
1st half a riot stunned 6 of my players and I was not able to gain some initiative until very late and thanks to snakes from the elves.
2nd half was a really slow grind forward where our blocking was not effective. We managed to put Flin II in scoring range but snaked the gfi for the TD in T8 just after our wizard killed the legend one-turner M.A. TWIN.
We got the ball in OT and were able to score not after a hard fought defense by the elves.

I bought a 12th player, thought that it was a good move. It sure wasnt since anisdrin got a wiz that - killed my legend oneturner in turn 16...!!! LOL
I recieved. Riot. Lots of dorfs down. I had the advantage. Failed two surfs with the frenzy-wd. Would had been so sweet but powed(!) Switched side with the ballcarrier and snaked with my protection. Dorfs mananged to steal the ball. I managed to recover it, ball bounced in again. Wd picks it up, goes to the sideline and does the classic mistake to gfi. Snakes. Two dorfs arrives, I dont manage to get past theirs diving tackle. 0-0 halftime.
Dorfs start advancing. I have a decent pressure. Turn 6 for dorfs and they have to rush deep. They managed to get the ball in range with lots of gfis. I dont see how I can steal it suddenly. So I give them a free ride, trusting my oneturner. Turn 16, wiz. Oneturner DEAD: BAM!
Runner runs it in but snakes! First and only snake for the dorfs in the game. And its ot.
Dorfs recieve. Gets a great start with free ball. I still manage to get my hands on the ball, wd -2dice and bom, even manages to get it but snakes on the last gfi. Again, hehe. But was lucky before that for sure.
In turn 22 the dorfs manages to score the only td in the game. I am still in some kind of chock that I didnt score at all. Unlucky ends of both halfs for me decided the game. Unlucky end for dorfs decided 2nd half.
Great game, and hilarious that the legend only lived for one (1) game after reaching the famous grounds...
