On paper, one might think my team would be the favourite, yet the (by Nobbaet acknowledged) lucky streak that continued, combined with two tackle/ mighty blow players (of which one gracefully decided to view the match from out of the KO box after turn one) meant I witnessed players going down left and right... whereas my Sauri where frustratingly less efficient.

With the Kroxigor taking -MA on turn 8, before we went into halftime, I actually thought that I could draw this game into overtime at the very least. Unfortunately, with my strength three blodger being tagged, I had to dodge a Skink for a support move, so he could blitz his way out of there... One failed dodge and a clear POW later and both (and at the moment, only) Skinks on the pitch where sitting in the KO box.

A cool game that went both (or, all sorts of) ways... Looking forward to the next time our teams meet one another on the pitch. Till then. ;)”
