Passing Chaos took the opening kickoff and after a touchback gave it to Alice - the blodge chaos warrior. Both teams parried with each other, the chaos warriors KOing a few thralls and entangling others. However a lightning bolt badly hurt Alice (apoth used) and the vampires were all over the ball. Desperate fighting back and forth finally saw the ball pop free, the crowd was heckling as surely the vampires would just recover it...but Luna showed off why she is quarterback. She grabbed the ball and tossed a long pass downfield to Anika who sprinted to the goal line and then scored on T8 for the 1-0 lead going into the halftime show.

Second half, the vampires started to trip over themselves - first failing a gfi after spending their RR, then snaking a pickup the following turn. Ultimately it was Pious Penta (AG 4 blodger beastman - offically the backup QB for the team) that escaped with the ball and tossed it downfield to Anika. Anika handed it back the next turn and Pious Penta took it to the house as time expired for the 2-0 win.”
